The flavor was a bitter for me but that could just be my taste buds. Anyways, what I found lacking was any instructions on daily usage. I presume that since there was 30 packs and 8 gummies per pack that I take 8 per day (1 pack) but it does not indicate if to chew them or suck on them. Nor does it indicate to take them all at once or over the course of the day. I read online that if you suck on gummies that the ingredients absorb faster than if you eat them, so I have been testing. For a week I ate all 8 gummies in one sitting and now this week I am testing by sucking on one at a time until I make it through the 8 gummies. Next maybe I will try splitting it up throughout the day. The one thing that I have found difficult is giving up the daily routine of having liquid to drink that tastes good; flavored water just does not cut it, lol.
