When will my order ship?

Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking info. Most orders ship within 1 business day.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the package to be delivered.

What should I do if my order is lost?

What should I do if order is marked delivered, but I haven't received it?

At times, shipping carriers may mark a package as delivered, but will deliver it at a later time. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for the package to be delivered. We recommend checking with the shipping carrier and with neighbors, as shipping carriers may deliver to the wrong address. We are not responsible for stolen packages marked delivered.

My order has wrong address, can I change it?

Once an order is processed, we are unable to edit the shipping address. You will need to work with the shipping carrier assigned to your order to redirect the shipment.We are not responsible for orders with the wrong address.

What should I do if my tracking number isn't updating?

Orders will receive updates at various times between pickup and delivery. It is common for the tracking link to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.

Dented cans is an unfortunate issue that occurs when dealing with shipping carriers.

We do our best to minimize this to ensure you get flawless cans, but the gatekeepers at the carriers some times let us down.

If your cans have some dents, it's fairly normal.
